Really good City Hotel Experience

The room was modern. It seemed like a holiday hotel. Staff members were very hospitable and respectful. I will definitely consider this brand for future city breaks. The breakfast food was also great.
I found a lack of storage in the bedroom. There was no chest of drawers for clothes.

the mirror light was broken in the bathroom. this made applying makeup difficult.

the staff were helpful . i received a voucher for complimentary prosecco as my stay was for a birthday. the room included thoughtful features like hooks for coats. the bed was comfortable with good quality bedlinen.
the room's lighting wasn't great when i wanted to get ready for the evening. there's a fixed mirror in the bathroom. it is too low to see your face when seated. the only bright area for makeup was the toilet area.

The location was good. It was just a short walk into town.
I found the room setup strange with the open bathroom. This. The bed was two singles pushed together. The ridge in the middle was quite annoying. Chocolate strawberries I ordered cost £10, and the sign on the plate was an additional £10. Both were disappointing and not worth it.

The hotel's location was excellent! Attractions were very close. The helpful staff let us keep our luggage after checkout. The hotel was super clean. Our room was super clean. Housekeeping refreshed everything with new towels!
My only issue, the hotel breakfast was too expensive, it cost a lot for my family!
